The final Sinhala singing
competition organized by the Gonsalvez Sinhala Academy was held on 14th of
March, 2016, in the Marius Peiris Auditorium. Nine Participants were contested
competitively highlighting their potentialities on the stage. Mr Lalith Perera
a teacher from Pallekale Nalanda College and Bro Nimesh Chrishan came to
assess he contest. 1st place was obtained by Bro Herman Eranga while 2nd and
3rd places were obtained by Bros Nikson Sameera and Clarance Savan
respectively. 2nd year brother Tharindu performed a song to make the event
more colourful.
